What we clean

• Homes, inside and out: glass, frames, sills and tracks on every visit, priced by bedrooms and storeys from $250+GST. Flyscreens are a $50+GST add-on.
• Premium clean: adds flyscreens, pool fence glass, deep track detailing and shower screens, quoted after a walk-through.
• Glass pool fences and balustrades: from $100+GST for up to 10 panels.
• Gutters: cleaned with an industrial vacuum system, $250+GST for the first hour and $150+GST for each hour after, downpipes flushed and waste taken away.
• Pressure cleaning and soft washing: driveways, paving and limestone at $7 per m²+GST with a $250+GST minimum, and soft washing for tile and Colorbond roofs, render and painted walls, quoted on site.
• Driveway clean and seal: Dulux sealer in gloss or natural, one coat $15 per m²+GST, two coats $18 per m²+GST.
• Limestone and travertine: walls, steps, paving and pool surrounds cleaned at low pressure, $7 per m²+GST, and sealed.
• Solar panels: pure water and soft brushes, $249+GST for 10 to 15 panels, $349+GST for 16 to 25 and $499+GST for 26 to 40.
• Pre-sale and end of lease cleans: windows, screens, tracks, glass fencing and paving brought up for listing photos, open homes and final inspections.
• Businesses, strata and builders: shopfronts, offices, apartment blocks and new builds, quoted per job.

What we don’t do

• We come to you. Every quote walk-through and every clean happens at your home or business. Harvest Road is our base, so there’s no need to visit us.
• We don’t clean interiors. Ovens, carpets, walls and general house cleaning are left to a house or bond cleaner, and we’re happy to work on the same day as one.
• We don’t remove gutter guards. Tell us they’re fitted when you book and we’ll talk through what we can clean around them.
• We don’t use detergent on glass or solar panels. Heated pure water leaves nothing behind to spot, streak or void a panel warranty.
• We don’t use rope access or scaffolding. Water-fed poles reach up to five storeys from the ground, so there’s no scaffolding or lift hire to organise.
