Start with what buyers see and touch first: windows inside and out, flyscreens, sliding door tracks, glass pool fencing and balustrades, then the driveway and paths to the front door. Windows start at $250+GST for a one-bedroom single storey and are priced by bedrooms and storeys, up to $750+GST for a five-bedroom double storey. A deep track clean is $250+GST and is the add-on we recommend before a sale. Flyscreens are $50+GST and paving is $7 per m²+GST. Yes. Glass pool fencing, balustrades, driveways and alfresco areas can all be done in the same visit, so the outside of the home is ready at once. Paving can also be cleaned and sealed.

Yes. We can arrange access through your agent or property manager, or with the tenant, and work to the photo, open home or inspection date.

Yes. We clean windows inside and out, flyscreens, tracks and exterior surfaces for end of lease inspections across Fremantle and Perth's western suburbs. We don't clean interiors such as ovens or carpets, but we can work alongside the tenant's or agent's interior cleaner on the same day.
